Your Health and Well-being Matters to all of us at Primary Medical. Our new measures help protect you and our staff for in-person visits in all of our offices.
All of our providers are now able to provide telemedicine visits. All you need for a telemedicine visit is a smartphone, computer or other device with a camera and microphone. At the time of your telemedicine appointment, we will send you a text with a secure link to the video visit with the provider. You do not need to download any kind of App or register for any program.
We understand that some of our patients are not going to be able to do a telemedicine visit. If we try and are unable to connect, we will do our best to help you over the phone.
All employees and patients are screened for COVID 19 symptoms and have their temperature checked prior to entering the building.
All employees are wearing face masks at all times when patients are in the office
All patients are required to bring their own facemasks to the appointment and wear the face mask the entire time you are in the office. If you are unable to wear a face mask, we will arrange a telemedicine appointment for you.
We welcome essential caregivers when the patient needs assistance, but ask that we keep the number of people in the exam room down to a minimum.
