"Excellent healthcare starts when you visit us."
Protecting Our Patients During Covid-19
Your Health and Well-being Matters to all of us at Primary Medical. Our new measures help protect you and our staff for in-person visits in all of our offices.
All of our providers are now able to provide telemedicine visits. All you need for a telemedicine visit is a smartphone and a little patience! We find that being on WiFi is important. At the time of your telemedicine appointment, we will send you a text with a secure link to the video visit with the provider. You do not need to download any kind of App or register for any program.
We understand that some of our patients are not going to be able to do a telemedicine visit. If we try and are unable to connect, we will do our best to help you over the phone.
Pediatric well visits/vaccines
We are prioritizing pediatric well visits with our pediatrician, Dr. Traci Williams, to ensure that patients are not falling behind in their preventative care. Please call (805) 652-5252 to schedule your visit.
Dedicated respiratory clinics
If your medical condition requires an in-person evaluation and you have any respiratory symptoms that could be due to COVID 19, we can arrange an on-site visit at our dedicated respiratory clinic. We can perform COVID 19 screening tests.
In person visits are limited to people and conditions that cannot be adequately addressed via a telemedicine appointment.
All employees and patients are screened for COVID 19 symptoms and have their temperature checked prior to entering the building.
All employees are wearing face masks at all times
All patients are required to bring their own facemasks to the appointment and wear the face mask the entire time you are in the office. If you are unable to wear a face mask, we will arrange a telemedicine appointment for you.
In person visits are spaced out so that none of our waiting rooms, hallways or exam rooms are too populated.
In person visits will have no more than 15 minutes of face to face contact with any member of the team.
We are unable to accommodate any visitors apart from essential caregivers on a case-by-case basis
All rooms will be fully sanitized between patients.
Our dedicated respiratory clinic is conducted outside and usually the patient can remain in their car.
